GIRLS GENERATION SELF TITLED JAPANESE ALBUM DEBUTS AT NO.1 AND RIAJ CERTIFIED GOLD ON FIRST DAY SALES!!!

Girls' Generation is the debut Japanese album of South Korean girl group Girls' Generation released on June 1, 2011 in Japan under Nayutawave Records. The album was released in three different editions.  Deluxe First Press Edition, Limited Period Edition and the Regular Edition. PTMGMT client Alex James co-wrote and co-produced "Run Devil Run" which also debuted as a No.1 on iTunes Japan Singles Chart, Ringtone and Music Video. 

After they released three singles in the Japanese market, including Genie, Gee and Mr.Taxi/Run Devil Run, a new album was largely rumored on the web. On May 13, 2011 on their official Japanese website appeared a title reaching BIG NEWS are coming on May 16^[1]. Three days later, on May 16, eight months after their Japanese debut in September, 2010, Girls' Generation finally revealed their first Japanese album to be titled Girls' Generation; since then the tracklist has also been made available.

Pre-orders started on different e-stores. On Amazon Japan, the Deluxe Edition sold very well and rose quickly to No.1 on the pre-order chart. The album has already been certified GOLD by RIAJ!!

Tuff Crowd releases a new single by Fab Morvan entitled "Anytime", written and produced by PTMGMT client Alex James, in collaboration with busbee.

Fab Morvan stopped by The View to promote the new single, and upcoming Universal Pictures biopic about the Milli Vanilli story currently titled Blame It On The Rain. The film is being Executive Produced by Kathleen Kennedy, screenplay was written by Jeff Nathanson, and Director Florian Gallenberger has recently signed on to the project.

Drewzilla recording artist Drew Seeley independently releases his album EP entitled The Resolution - Act 3 on iTunes US. The EP featured a song entitled "Acceptance Speech" co-written by PTMGMT clients Rick Dixon and Lance Moody, collectively known as The Artistotrax.

Universal Latin artist Gloria Trevi releases her 8th studio album entitled Gloria, in a standard and deluxe edition. Gloria, deluxe version opened with amazing sales figures, and debuted at No. 1 on the US iTunes Latin singles, and album chart, as well as iTunes Mexico singles and album chart.
